Once we have received your order, an order confirmation will be sent to you by email. It is important that you enter the correct e-mail address when placing your order. Please save this email in order to facilitate any possible future contact with our customer service. The order confirmation also serves as the proof of your purchase. If you do not receive an order confirmation email, please contact our customer service at email@example.com. It is also your responsibility to make sure the shipping address is complete and correct.
Warranty term: six months from the date of purchase. The warranty covers manufacturing errors, not normal wear and tear. Make sure you contact the Nordic Moose customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as the manufacturing error has been discovered. In the e-mail you need to specify your name, address, order number and photo clearly showing the defect. Finally, write ‘reclaim of purchase’ as subject of the e-mail. Return shipping is paid by Nordic Moose. If Nordic Moose can not find the described defects, the product will be sent back to the customer.
We strive to make pictures and information texts about our gloves reflect the products as much as possible. However, we can not guarantee that all pictures fully reflect the true appearance of the gloves in real life. For example, the pictures can differ depending on the colour settings of your computer. The pictures on our web site should be seen as illustrations only, and we can not guarantee correct appearance and characteristics.
Duties and taxes
If you are ordering from a country within the EU, you do not need to pay any additional taxes or duties on the product price. If you place an order from a country outside the EU, you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are specific to your country and that are collected when the shipment reaches your delivery address. You will be responsible for payment of such import duties and taxes. Nordic Moose has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Please contact your local customs office if you need further information.
Return and exchange
Consumers have the right to return the order within 30 days from the date the order was placed. The right applies only in the case that Nordic Moose is notified within this time period and if the product and its original packaging can be returned in the same unused condition as when received. To use the right to send back an order you must contact the Nordic Moose customer service at email@example.com. Please specify your request and provide your order number. Nordic Moose does not pay for the return shipping and the consumer is responsible for the package until it reaches us. For reimbursement we use the same payment method you used for the original transaction. Nordic Moose reserves the right to reject returns or exchanges if the conditions are not met.
Intellectual property rights
All intellectual property rights on the website and in the material published on it are owned by Nordic Moose Kft. Any use of the site or its content, including copying or storing such content in whole or part, for commercial use, is prohibited without the permission of Nordic Moose Kft.
The www.nordic-moose.com website may include user generated content, for example from social media applications. Nordic Moose does not claim any ownership in rights in such content (images, photos and videos etc.) and take no legal responsibility for it. In case you suspects a violation of copyright, or any other right, or otherwise is offended by such content, please contact our customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org.
You can pay by credit card, debit card or PayPal. The accepted cards are VISA, MasterCard and American Express. Nordic Moose does not store any credit card numbers.
Nordic Moose provides free shipping worldwide to the consumer. Please allow the following amount of days for delivery, unless otherwise stated on the web site;
- Europe 4 to 6 working days
- Outside of Europe 4 to 10 working days
Failed delivery or goods damaged during transportation
If you have not received your order, make sure to contact the Nordic Moose customer service as soon as it has been discovered at email@example.com. Please specify your name, address, order number and a detailed description of the issue at hand in your email. Please remember, it is the consumers responsibility to make sure the shipping address is complete and correct.
If your product is damaged in transport, whether the damage is visible or hidden, you must report this as soon as possible to the carrier. If you receive your item and see that it is damaged or does not match the one you ordered, you shall also contact us within 30 days from receiving the product.
